支付条款（Terms of Payment）
1. Payment shall be made by net cash against sight draft with bill of lading attached showing the shipment of the goods. Such payment shall be made through the bank of . The bill of lading shall not be delivered to the Buyer until such draft is paid.
凭即期汇票和所附表明货物发运的提单通过 银行以现金支付。汇票未付清之前，提单不交给买主。
2. Within days from the date of this Agreement, the Buyer shall establish an irrevocable letter of credit with a first class bank in compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this contract.
从合同达成之日起在 天内，买方要根据本协议规定的条款，由第一流银行开具不可撤销的信用证。
3. Payment for the goods specified herein shall not mean an acceptance by the Buyer with regards to its quality. All goods shall be accepted only after the Buyer’s inspection.
对合同规定的货物付款不意味买方已接受货物的质量，所有的货物要经买方检验后方可接受。
4. 4. Twenty-five (25%) percent of contract price shall be paid in Euro on the basis of RMB. Seventy-five (75%) percent of contract price shall be paid in U.S. dollar on the basis of RMB. Party A shall remit by cable the amount which is paid in U.S. dollar on the basis of RMB as mentioned above to Party B Account No. in the Banking Department of the Head Office of the Band of . The exchange rate between RMB and U.S. dollar shall be computed according to U.S. dollar telegraphic transfer buying rate quoted by the Bank of on the date of the bill.
在人民币基础上，合同价25%用欧元支付，75%用美元支付。甲方将向乙方 银行总行帐号 电汇上述以人民币为基础的美元数额。人民币与美元之间的汇率按受单当天
银行公布的电传交易买价确定。
5. The total of 300,000 U.S. dollars shall be disbursed in the following manner:
a) 40% of the total shall be made during the signing of the Agreement. This payment should be used for mobilization.
b) A second installment payment of 30% should be upon completion of 75% of the work to be executed.
c) A third installment payment shall be made upon 100% completion.
总额3万美元以下列方式支付：
a) 签约时付总额的40%，此款用于筹建动员；
b) 工程完成75%时，第二期分期付款30%；
c) 工程全部完成时，第三次分期付款完毕。
6. Terms of payment shall be in net cash in exchange, due at the Seller’s office in
days from date of shipment. If, at any time before shipment, the financial responsibility of the Buyer becomes impaired or unsatisfactory to the Seller, in the Seller’s judgment, cash payment or satisfactory security may be required by the Seller before shipment.
买方应从装运之日起 日内，在卖方 营业处以 兑换率用现金净额支付。装运前任何时候，如果卖方感到买方偿付能力减弱或令人不满意，卖方可在装运前要求买方支付现金或给予满意的担保。
7. The Purchaser agrees to pay to the Seller, and the Seller agrees to receive as payment the cash price of ______.
