仲裁(Arbitration)
1. All disputes arising from the execution of, or in connection with, this contract shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation, the case shall then be submitted for arbitration. The location of arbitration shall be in the country where the defendant has his domicile. If in China, the arbitration shall be conducted by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) Shanghai Sub-commission in accordance with its Rules of Procedure. If in ___ (country) the arbitration shall be conducted by ____ in accordance with its arbitral rules of procedure. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
凡因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有关的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。协商不能解决的应提交仲裁，仲裁地点为被告户籍所在地。在中国，由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会上海分会根据该会仲裁规则进行仲裁。在____国（国名）则由____根据该组织的仲裁程序规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方都有约束力。

凡因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有关的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。协商不能解决的应提交____（第三国名称）仲裁机构，根据该仲裁组织的仲裁程序规则进行仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，双方都有约束力。
3. All disputes arising in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to arbitration by any party and any dispute so submitted to arbitration shall be finally settled under the rules of the ____ (name of arbitration association) by three arbitrators appointed in accordance with such rules. Arbitration shall be held in ____ (place). The award of the arbitration shall be final and binding on the parties. Application may be made to any court having jurisdiction for an order of enforcement.
所有与本协议有关的争议都可由任何一方提交仲裁，任何提交仲裁的争议依____（仲裁协会会名）的仲裁规则由指定的3名仲裁员作终局裁定。仲裁在____(地名)举行，仲裁员的裁定是终局的，对双方都有约束力。申请人可向有管辖权的法院申请强制执行。
4. Unless otherwise settled by the parties hereto, any dispute or difference which may arise between the parties out of or in relation to or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration, either in ___ (place) or in ___ (place) pursuant to the Rules of ____ (name) Arbitration Association.
除当事人各方自行解决的外，当事人之间的任何出于本协议或与本协议有关或有联系的争议和分歧将依____（仲裁协会名称）的规则在____（地名）或____（地名）进行最终仲裁解决。
